THE GREAT AFRICAN GRID( THE GAG) & CONTINENTAL OPERATING SYSTEM( Asta )
The Backbone of First World Africa

Before you understand what The Great African Grid and Continental OS is, you must first understand what it is not.
A Framework, Not a Government
The Great African Grid initiative is not a political union. It is not a supranational authority. It does not replace or subordinate African Union, any national government, central bank, or legal system.
What Pan-Africanism Has Been :For decades, Pan-Africanism has been framed as one of two things:
A movement
A dream of unity
But movements fade. Dreams do not build infrastructures.
- History has shown us what happens when power is concentrated in one place — when a single capital, a single leader, or a single system controls what ought to be decentralized. It creates vulnerability.History has also shown us what happens on the other side of the coin which contain sanctions, mismanagement and external pressure.
- True Pan-Africanism is not about building one empire. It is about building 54 sovereign or so nations that trade freely, compete fairly, and thrive together — without any single point of failure. It is about building efficient nations with cross-border trade and efficient markets - while keeping power where it truly belongs: nationally, serving the locals and enabling competing developments between nations.Pan-Africanism as empowerment. African Union understood the concept and came up with a lovely framework called AfCFTA, with an accelerator it can do wonders to the continent in a lifetime.
